Building on its extensive experience as a developer, JS Life Holdings oversees the management and operation of vacation rentals, along with businesses related to travel, including Tourism, Dining, and Entertainment. In addition, JS Commercial Holdings is responsible for the Trade, E-commerce, and Logistics sector, providing support for overseas living, international property management, and logistics services.
JS Business
JS GROUP is a diversified enterprise consisting of four major business divisions: JS Holdings, JS Life Holdings, JS Commercial Holdings, and JS China. Established in 2017 in Osaka, the Group originated from a vacation rental business in Shanghai, giving rise to its signature brand “JS Akatsuki House.” To date, the brand has achieved over 300 property developments.Building upon its vacation rental foundation, JS GROUP has steadily expanded its operations over the years. 近期，本公司發現有不法單位及個人，在未經本公司合法授權的情 況下，擅自冒用“JS 集團”、“JS 株式會社”、“JS 曉宅株式會社”、 “JS 建設株式會社”等本公司及關聯公司名義，對外進行虛假宣傳、 推廣業務及招攬合作。此等行為不僅嚴重侵害本公司及關聯公司的名 稱權、商譽等合法權益， 更構成對公眾的欺騙，極易誤導社會大眾，造 成不必要的財產損失風險，性質惡劣，危害巨大。
為澄清事實，維護權益，本公司特此鄭重聲明如下：
1.本公司【JS holdings 株式會社（JS holdings Co., Ltd.)】及 其關聯公司（包括但不限於 JS 株式會社、JS 曉宅株式會社、JS 建設 株式會社等）自 2017 年起，即在日本大阪合法經營房地產相關業務， 已在日本建立了廣泛的社會知名度。截至目前，本公司及關聯公司已成 功交付高品質民宿逾 200 棟，以其極具辨識度的現代和風高品質建築 工藝及知名的“曉宅”運營服務體系，在業界享有良好聲譽。柴犬“小 西”為本公司代表吉祥物。
2.本公司在臺灣地區設立的唯一合法分支機構為【傑艾斯建設株 式會社臺灣分公司】 (公司統一編號：60654350)。該臺灣分公司是 JS 集團在臺灣地區開展任何形式業務活動的唯一授權及合法主體。
3.本公司在大陸地區設立的唯一合法分支機構為【上海日居商務 咨詢有限公司】(公司統一社會信用代碼：91310000MA1GWBPFXJ)。該大 陸分公司是 JS 集團在大陸地區開展任何形式業務活動的唯一授權及合 法主體。
4.本公司嚴厲譴責並警告所有正在冒用本公司及關聯公司名義的 單位和個人，必須立即停止一切侵權行為，包括但不限於：
（1）以“JS 集團”、“JS 株式會社”、“JS 曉宅株式會社”、 “JS 建設株式會社”等名義進行的任何宣傳、推廣、業務招攬活動；
（2）使用本公司 LOGO、吉祥物或其他具有識別性的品牌元素及建 築元素；
（3）發布任何可能誤導公眾使其認為與本公司存在授權或合作關 系的虛假信息。
對於上述侵權行為所造成的一切不利後果，本公司保留向侵權方 追究一切法律責任（包括但不限於民事賠償、刑事控告） 的權利。本公 司並已著手進行相關證據的收集和保全工作。
